I help you strengthen your body and mind, so that you feel well in your everyday life as a mum.
As a Sports Scientist, Pelvic Floor Trainer and mother of three, I have one favourite topic: the pelvic floor. Why? Because pelvic floor training helps me strengthen my core and with it my whole body. Even during my first pregnancy, this had a very positive effect.
I also try to generally be mindful of myself. Between the demands of being a mum and my passion for sport and healthy eating, one or the other sometimes falls a little short. That's why I incorporate relaxation exercises into my daily life, which work wonderfully with children around.
Since I started paying a little more attention to myself, I feel more comfortable in my own skin. This in turn benefits my children, and my husband appreciates it too.
"Strengthen yourself and be the woman, partner, mum, daughter or friend you want to be."
More energy. More ease. More self-love.
From 2005 to 2010, I studied Sports Science with a focus on Economics and Management, as sport had always been one of my passions. After graduating, I found myself in consulting, not in sports but in corporate transactions (2010-2013). I then moved into a large corporation in controlling. I enjoyed it, had wonderful colleagues, went on maternity leave twice, and everything ran smoothly.
Yet over time, I began to question the meaning of it all. In 2019, the desire grew stronger to return to my roots and focus on the things that truly mattered to me. Not least through the balancing act between work and family, I became more aware of how important it is to make use of the time we have and pursue the topics we are passionate about. So I started furthering my education, building on my degree, and returning to my original area of interest.
Through my pregnancies and the births of my children, I experienced first-hand how important it is to treat your body with care and nurture it. This is what I want to make possible for all other mums too.
